Contracts
Standard Forms of Contract are available and used widely in the building industry. They define the rights and responsibilities of both parties (the Client and the Builder), and prescribe the administrative processes for dealing with all eventualities during the contract period. Amongst other things, they provide a framework for the programmed delivery of completed work, the interim and final valuation of completed work, payment schedules and insurances.
