Cost Plans
Cost Plans are an analysis of the budget estimate into the separate elements of the Client's Requirements. They provide insight into the location of costs in the budget estimate and therefore are a tool for managing value for money, finding savings and refining the Client's Requirements. Cost Plans often require more information than a Budget or Order Of Cost Estimate.
