Value Engineering
Value Engineering is a team process carried out before the contractor is appointed. The team comprises the Client, all design disciplines and the quantity surveyor; collectively the Design Team. Its purpose is to search for cost savings; either by alternative design solutions or acceptable modifications to the Client’s Requirements. We take a proactive role in the search for value for money and are comfortable discussing opportunities and options with designers, subcontractors and suppliers.
